Mary Padian, also called the Junkyard Queen or The Junkster is known for her huge antique collection that is sourced from storage units at auctions and estate auctions. Mary started her career as a photographer at Architectural Digest under Paige Rense. Later, she launched the company's own Mary Finds section. The magazine featured videos of home decoration and refurbishing. Mary later opened a company located in Texas under the name of her previous business, which focused on antiques and furniture restoration. A&E Television spied her in her antiques shops and she was invited to take part in Texas Storage wars. The program ran for three seasons. Due to her fame, she was cast in the original Storage Wars in its fifth season. Storage Wars was a part of her daily life through the following seasons, and she has been both on and off the show up until the 12th season.
